As part of our contuning effort to be more efficient and effective, we began using a case management program several years ago. That program is Needles. It is a robust program that provides us with instant access to the information we need to successfully represent our clients. Responsibility for integrating Needles into our practice and continuing to expand its enhancement of our practice beyond the basic installation has fallen to one man, Joe Weber. He's our go-to technology man. Neither the title "IT Manager" nor the title "Needles Manager" begins to describe his function at our firm - even though he fills both positions. So, it's an honor that Joe has received recognition from outside of our firm for the work he does for us on a daily basis. In a national survey of Needles managers, Chesapeake Interlink, Ltd., proprietor of Needles Case Management, has named Joe Weber as the third-place Needles Manager of the Year for 2006.
