Jim Greenberg learned a lot about the world as a child. His father was a career officer in the U.S. Army and traveled the globe. Jim saw first-hand how the rights of individuals are often trampled. He was determined to make a difference in people's lives. After working for the insurance companies for several years and rejecting their tactics of unfairness, he joined Katherman, Briggs, & Greenberg. He now fights solely for victim's rights, working to make sure insurance companies treat claimants fairly and with respect.

Jim earned his law degree from Dickinson School of Law and is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the York County, American and Pennsylvania bar associations and the Pennsylvania Trial Attorneys Association, for whom he has served on the board of governors. Jim has also lectured extensively in his areas of expertise. He is recognized as one of the leading traumatic head injury, personal injury, insurance bad faith, and car accident attorneys who serve the community of York, Pennsylvania.
