Attorney Salvatore recently presented a seminar on the practical aspects of handling liens, subrogation, and reimbursement claims asserted by  healthcare insurers, government benefits programs, and self-funded health and welfare plans.  Such medical expense payors have become extremely aggressive in seeking to recover the medical expenses they pay for treatment of injuries caused by the fault of a third-party.  For personal injury lawyers, it has become more and more difficult to limit such claims.  This seminar, which was presented to other personal injury lawyers from throughout the South Central Pennsylvania area,  underscored the importance of maintaining a high level of competence in this area of the law in order to protect clients from unjust claims.
