2009 was the 13th running of the YMCA Turkey Trot 5K race. KBG was once again a top level sponsor for this Thanksgiving Day tradition which drew over 2,000 runners to downtown York. The event benefits the York YMCA and raised over $20,000 which supports the YMCA's Worthy Youth Campaign. The Worth Youth Campaign is designed to provide recreational and social services to youth and families of all ages, ethnic groups, and religious affiliations in York County. YMCA programs are designed to help individuals develop self confidence, self respect, and an appreciation for their own worth.
