Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg, LLP was a proud sponsor of the Double Creek Tour & Run on June 16, 2007.  The Double Creek offers runners the option of a 5K or a half-marathon and bicyclists can choose between a 30-mile and a 63-mile ride on scenic York and Adams County roads.  Proceeds benefit the Healthy York Pharmacy, a non-profit entity of the York Health Foundation which provides free or low-cost medications to people who can't afford them.
 
Now in its fifth year, the Double Creek attracted record numbers of runners and cyclists as more than 600 participants took the roads to support the worthy cause.  Beautiful sunny skies graced the event and provided a great day for all involved.  Twenty participants elected to take the Endurance Challenge by running the half-marathon and then riding one of the cycling routes.
 
Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg attorney Craig Milsten is the Event Chairman and a participant in the cycling events.  "The Double Creek is a unique event for this area, providing a venue for cyclists and runners to get together and raise money for a great cause," he said.  "Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg is proud to support the Healthy Community Pharmacy and to help stage a terrific family event like the Double Creek."
