Evan J. Kline
Evan is a 1990 graduate of Washington and Lee University and a 1993 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Evan is an active member of the York County Bar Association, where he serves as the chairperson of the Civil Rules Committee and a member of the Bench/Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the well-known Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to practicing before all Pennsylvania Courts, Evan is admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation from school, Evan began his legal career in association with Lawrence F. Clark. Evan handled cases for accident victims and represented public employee labor unions and their members. Lawrence F. Clark was elected Judge to the Court of Common Pleas in Dauphin County, at which time Evan moved into the next phase of his legal career. For the next several years, Evan practiced with a large Harrisburg firm, where he continued to represent accident victims and labor unions. Part of his practice at that time, however, also included the representation of insurance companies. Recognizing a sharp contrast in personal and professional satisfaction between helping real people with real legal problems and representing wealthy insurance companies in fattening their purses, Evan made the choice that he wanted to devote his career to helping individuals. Thereafter, Evan joined Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg, and now devotes his energies to helping injured individuals at a time when they need legal help the most. Schedule a consultation with Evan J.
